Built a common foundation that enables integrated updates of inventory, ordering, quality, and reporting centered around receipt processing (individual/batch).
Through lot-based recording and template-based output, we enabled unified operation of partial deliveries, returns, and cancellations under the same rules.
This project abstracts peripheral functions around "receipt management" to be handled under the same model.
Receipt, partial delivery, returns, and cancellations are all recorded as events with "target/quantity/timestamp/basis". Accumulated under the same schema with cascade reflection to subsequent processes.
Receipt events trigger automatic updates to inventory quantities, order remainders, and status. Partial deliveries are expressed as accumulation of multiple events.
All receipt-related events are linked with lots, destinations, and references. Search, tracking, and impact analysis provided through common API.
Batch receipts are registered as "common header + multiple events". Validation, partial success, and rollback controls are standardized as components.
Receipt inspection reports, partial delivery notifications, return slips, and cancellation lists are generated through template switching. Data definitions are shared with the user interface.
Cancellations are recorded as reverse events, keeping original data immutable. Historical consistency and recalculation are automated.
Integration with material requirements and purchasing plans through a simple contract that notifies net changes (demand-supply difference).
After implementation, receipt-related input, updates, and output can be executed through unified procedures, with exceptions like partial deliveries and returns handled within the same framework. The design clearly defines receipt processing as the management focus, with peripheral functions maintained as side effects of receipt events.
